One engineer, accountable for the whole system.
LexDeploy is a single-operator practice by design. One engineer specifies the system, holds administrative access, and answers when something breaks — with no account manager between the firm and the person who built it.
← Back to overviewI am Jacek Serafinski, and I have spent twenty years building software — most of it on systems where money moves and someone audits the trail. Most recently as SVP of Product & Engineering at Ovanti, and before that at Block, where my teams owned Afterpay's merchant settlements, reporting, invoicing, and banking integration. Earlier: Atlassian, SilverRail, and research work at Telcordia.
That background is the reason this product looks the way it does. Payments systems are built on the assumption that data handling will be audited, that access has to be provable after the fact, and that “the system said so” is never an acceptable answer. Confidential legal work makes the same demands. The engineering problem is not making a model talk about documents; it is proving which documents it was allowed to read and where each statement came from.
Much of that career was in Australia — SilverRail, OtherLevels, and Atlassian, out of Brisbane. LexDeploy serves both markets from that history: Australian engagements are delivered with former Block colleagues — engineers I have worked alongside directly and can vouch for — rather than subcontractors found for the purpose. US work I deliver myself.
I am not a lawyer, and LexDeploy does not give legal advice. I build the infrastructure, specify the hardware, and run the evaluation. If the results do not support deployment, you will hear it from me — a vendor who cannot say that is not running an evaluation, they are running a demonstration.
See whether it works on your documents.
One day, in your office, on your own files. If it does not convince you, nothing has been spent.
